Gen 2 Billet Wheel Dual Ball Bearing Turbo GT35 GTX3582R T3 .63 A/R Vband Clamp
_Billet Wheel Dual Ball Bearing Turbo GT35 GTX3582R T3 .63 A/R Vband Clamp 4
Bolt_
_Specification:_
Billet Compressor wheel: 63.5mm/84mm
Compressor Housing: 0.7 A/R Anti-Surge, 4" Inlet, 2.5" Outlet
Turbine wheel: 68mm/62.3mm
Stainless Steel Turbine housing: V Band Inlet, V-Band outlet(ID roughly 3'',
OD roughly 3.5''), A/R 0.63
Fit Vehicle: Universal turbo for performance use, racing car, etc.
Fit engine displacement 2.0-4.5L and typically good for around 600HP. Fit
engine displacement 4.0-8.0L
for twin turbo applications and up to 1200HP.
Recommended boost pressure are 0.5Bar(7psi) to 1.5Bar(21psi), if boost
pressure higher than 2Bar,
it will significantly reduce the turbo lifespan and may result in damage to
your engine.
_ _Reduced Turbo Lag:__
Dual Ball Bearing turbochargers can spool up about 15% faster than traditional
journal bearings, so it will significantly reduce the turbo lag when the
throttle is suddenly opened. This produces an improved response that can be
converted to a quicker 0-60 mph speed. In fact, when you drive with a dual
ball-bearing turbocharged engine, it will be more like driving a big, normally
aspirated engine.

_ _Reduced Oil Flow:__
The Dual Ball Bearing design reduces the required amount of oil required to
provide adequate lubrication. This lower oil volume reduces the chance of seal
leakage. Also, the dual ball bearing is more tolerant of marginal lube
conditions and diminishes the possibility of turbocharger failure upon engine
shutdown.
_ _Improved Rotordynamics and Durability:__
The Dual Ball Bearing cartridge gives better damping and control over shaft
motion, allowing enhanced reliability for both everyday and extreme driving
conditions. In addition, the opposed angular contact bearing cartridge
eliminates the need for the thrust bearing commonly a weak link in the turbo
bearing system.

_What can you benefit from our Forged Billet Compressor Wheel?_
_
_
_ _Stronger Wheel:__
By using forged billet aluminum to make the wheel, there is no chance of
minute air bubbles being in the metal. So, you don't need to worry about
porosity issues. That means a billet compressor wheel is much stronger than
the cast compressor wheels.
_ _Better Blades Design:__
By using forged billet aluminum and machined on a 5-Axis mill, the billet
compressor wheel can be designed much more aggressively, and the nose and hub
can be designed significantly smaller to allow for a greater blade diameter.
And the blades can be made much more complicated to increase blade surface
area, which can flow more air into the engine.
_ _Lower Engine Intake Air Temperature:__
By using forged billet aluminum, the wheel can be machined much thinner. This
allows the wheel to have a greater efficiency range because there is less
blade thickness to contact the air and heat it up. It also means that with
less blade thickness and lower hub area that there is a greater area in-
between the blades to squeeze more air and build boost pressure. The more
efficient a wheel is the lower the intake temps, and everyone knows the cooler
the air going into the engine the more horsepower you can make!
