SS304 Flex Bellow for Wastegate, Downpipe, Exhaust

The exhaust flex bellows are made of 321 stainless steel and feature a 2-ply bellow design. They have a slip-fit connection type that requires welding. These bellows are highly durable and can withstand high pressure applications. They have been pressure tested at 145 psi at 68°F and 72.5 psi at 842°F, and are helium leak tested before shipment.

Our flex bellows made from 304 stainless steel are ideal for use in automotive and industrial applications such as turbo manifolds, dump tubes, and downpipes. By using a slip-fit design, these bellows allow for the matching tube size material to slip into them.
